Compared with PVB laminated glass and SGP laminated glass, EVA laminated glass is prone to aging, especially in the outdoor environment, which is prone to yellowing and aging due to the influence of ultraviolet light and moisture. However, EVA laminated glass is still widely used in the construction industry, mainly because it has other excellent performance and characteristics, such as strong impact resistance, good sound insulation, good heat insulation, etc.
In the use of the construction field, in order to make up for the shortcomings of EVA laminated glass that is prone to aging, high-performance substrates, ultraviolet resistant coatings, multi-layer structures and other methods are usually used to enhance durability and service life.
Besides of the construction field, due to the strong fluidity and high viscosity of EVA intermediate film, it is mostly made into decorative laminated glass, which is widely used in various scenes, such as indoor partitions, decorative curtain walls, art installations (such as glass paintings), furniture (such as glass tea tables, glass tableware, etc.), both decorative and practical.
