FTO (Fluorine doped Tin Oxide) glass is a transparent conductive glass composed of a special glass substrate and a layer of FTO film. FTO film is a wide bandgap semiconductor material composed of tin oxide (SnO2) and fluorine (F). The doping of fluorine element can significantly improve the conductivity of tin oxide.
FTO is an n-type semiconductor material, therefore it has extremely high conductivity, reaching over 10 ^ 4 S/cm
