Auto controlled blind insulated glass can be used as windows for shading and lighting, as well as for large area partitions to increase space design. It’s made by encapsulating aluminum alloy blinds in a insulated glass cavity, connecting them in series with professional ropes, driven by a motor, and remotely controlled by an external remote to raise, lower, flip, etc., to control the degree of light transmission and achieve shading and lighting effects. There are two types of external control methods for electric insulated louver glass:
A. Set the control switch on the wall as a fixed switch. The wall switch is connected to the motor inside the electric hollow louver, and can be adjusted by pressing the switch and angle.
B. Active remote control. In fact, the remote control and the wall switch button are in a wireless communication state. When operating the remote control, the signal is actually sent to the wall control switch, thereby controlling the blinds.
Based on the above two methods, multiple control systems can be combined, including wireless remote control and group control intelligent systems. The control system usually includes: receiver, remote control, transformer, etc. Each electric hollow louver glass is equipped with a receiver, and the remote control can be used for single control or multiple control. The number of multiple controls can reach sixteen louvers. The function of a transformer is to convert 110V-220V universal AC power into 24V DC power.
