(1) Pay-off. Determine the axis of the wall and measure the error as the basis for the correct position of the skeleton.
(2) Skeleton installation. The installation sequence of the skeleton is as follows: install the vertical skeleton (column) first, and then install the horizontal skeleton (transverse). There are generally two kinds of fixing methods for vertical skeleton and wall. One is to do the embedded parts when pouring the main structure, and then fix the skeleton after the connecting parts are welded with the embedded parts. Another method is to drill holes in the main structure, fix the connector to the wall with expansion bolts, and then connect the skeleton to the connector. The former is firmly reinforced, but the position of the embedded parts is often wrong with the installation. The latter installation position is accurate, but the punching is laborious, and the firmness is not as good as the embedness. The skeleton installation should be horizontal and vertical to create conditions for the installation of glass. Skeleton installation should be done anti-corrosion treatment, light steel skeleton should be coated with anti-rust anti-corrosion paint. The aluminum alloy skeleton should pay attention to the protection of its oxide film, especially the contact with the concrete should be in the oxide film with anti-corrosion treatment to prevent the corrosion of aluminum by alkaline concrete.
(3) glass installation. The glass installation is directly related to the skeleton structure. There are generally the following methods.
① The glass is placed in the aluminum alloy frame, and the aluminum alloy frame is connected with the curtain wall skeleton. This method is suitable for large frame light steel skeleton.
② Fix the aluminum alloy skeleton, and then install the glass directly on the skeleton, and encrypt the seal, as if installing the door and window glass.
③ In the non-visible frame structure system, the skeleton does not need to close the frame, and the glass is directly pasted on the skeleton with high-strength bonding materials to form a frameless glass curtain wall (or hidden frame glass curtain wall).
