Glass Processing :


1 Glass cutting:


The original glass is generally colorless float glass or other colored glass, sunshade glass, tempered glass, laminated glass, the thickness is generally 3-12MM, the glass must meet the requirements of GB11614 in the first grade, excellent products, can be used after passing the inspection. Glass cutting can be done by hand or by machine, but it should be guaranteed to meet the size requirements. During the operation of this process, workers should always pay attention to the glass surface should not be scratched, the internal quality is uniform, and there should be no obvious defects such as bubbles and slag inclusion.


2 Glass cleaning and drying:


Glass cleaning must use machine cleaning method, because manual cleaning can not guarantee the quality of cleaning. Before cleaning, it is necessary to check the glass without scratches, in order to ensure the adhesion of the sealant and the glass, it is better to use deionized water. In addition, in order to ensure the recycling of water and save water resources, the water can be filtered to ensure long-term use. After cleaning the glass to pass the light inspection, check the glass surface for water beads, water stains and other stains, if there are water beads, water stains and other stains, it is necessary to adjust the machine running speed, heating temperature, air volume, brush gap until the effect is intact.


After washing the glass should be assembled into hollow glass within 1 hour, in addition to ensure that there is no friction between the glass and the glass, it is better to have a semi-finished glass storage car, separate the glass sheet from the sheet.

(1) Requirements for the environment: the processing temperature of rubber strip insulating glass should be between 10-20 degrees in winter, and between 20-30 degrees in summer.

(2) Relative humidity requirements: Because the adhesive strip type insulating glass desiccant is powdery, the desiccant plays a slower role after being evenly mixed with the adhesive, so the relative humidity of the adhesive strip assembly area should be ensured to be slightly lower.


Aluminum strip type insulating glass assembly:

(1) Requirements for the environment: the temperature should also be between 10-30 degrees

(2) Relative humidity requirements: The relative humidity requirements of this insulating glass are slightly lower, and normal conditions can be. However, it should be noted that the desiccant should be selected from qualified products of regular manufacturers to ensure the effective use of the desiccant. After the desiccant is opened, it is better to use up within 24 hours, because the permeability of polysulfide glue is large and the sealing is poor, so double channel sealing should be used. Use butyl rubber as the front channel seal to act as septum gas. With polysulfide adhesive as the second seal, the main function is bonding, followed by gas insulation. Practice has proved that the insulating glass life of single product seal is only about 5 years, and the insulating glass life of double channel seal can be as long as 20 years or even more than 40 years, therefore, the development of double channel seal insulating glass is the trend of The Times.


4 Glass pressing


The rubber strip type insulating glass sheet should pay attention to the side of the closed glass to align, reserve a small mouth at the back when pressing the sheet, let the dry gas overflow from the small mouth, and then seal after pressing. The processing of rubber strip insulating glass has been completed. Aluminum strip type insulating glass, after the aluminum frame and the edge of the glass should be 5-7MM distance, for the second sealant, polysulfide glue should be evenly coated along one side to prevent bubbles, after the coating to scrape the glass surface residual. 5 Placement of insulating glass


Whether the placement of insulating glass is correct or not will also affect the final quality of insulating glass, whether in production or in transportation or in the site storage of the first stacking frame design requirements to take into account the characteristics of insulating glass, stacking frame must have a certain inclination. However, the bottom plane and the side should always be maintained at 90 degrees, so as to ensure that the two glass bottom edges of the insulating glass can be placed vertically on the stacking rack. In addition, it should be noted that the bottom of the glass should not be stained with oil, lime and other capacitors, because they will have different degrees of erosion on the second sealant of the insulating glass, thus affecting the sealing performance of the insulating glass.
